The camp brought attention to how diverse and endangered our biodiversity is, South Africa is the third most biologically diverse (after Indonesia and Brazil). With over 24000 indigenous plant species found within South Africa, the saddest part is that we own the highest documented number of plant extinctions in the world, and current 2553 are threatened.If no change is implemented and we keep going with our current destructive nature, what future will be left for the generations to come.
